No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

This great receipe features the traditional Oatmeal No Bake Cookies ingredients with a special twist, Peanut Butter! This great receipe is simple to make and great to do with your kids for a family outing.

Ingredients
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
3 c. quick oatmeal
3/4 c. peanut butter

Directions
In a medium saucepan mix together sugar, butter and milk. Heat to boiling. Let boil 1 1/2 minutes. Remove pan from heat and add oatmeal and peanut butter. Stir thoroughly and drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and cool.
